Both a hard top and a soft top doesn't harm their cause either. They are stylish, enjoy a relatively low insurability, and are not on any hijackers most wanted list. So, put your thoughts of a Z4 on the back burner and have an SL, and buy an income producing townhouse with the change, you know it's the right thing to do.

If you choose to offer your collectable car on consignment, I have some advice ; treat it as if you are selling your house. Visit all the relevent dealers, and be comfortable that the one you choose is, first of all, selling similar type vehicles, secondly, appears to have a reasonable grasp of the market place, and finally, is prepared to spend some of their money marketing the vehicle. There really are dealers out there that charge you for advertising and storage should they not be successful in selling your car !!! I have customers just waiting for the right cars at the right prices, and, like property, have already decided who they want to buy from….
