I did something I have always wanted to do last month, I cancelled March. For the first time in 25 years, I took the whole month off and holidayed to my hearts content. I recommend it to everyone. Problem is, I got back to an empty showroom, so I am extremely vulnerable to buying any kind of special, unusual, old, or interesting vehicle that you may have. I will also consider consignment stock if I have to, such is my dire need for something to sell. Classics, convertibles of any description, cars older than 98 year model with exceptional spec or history, motorbikes not superbikes, I really will look at anything.

‘So whats new?' I can hear my wife saying. Its uncanny how my beloved catches me every single time I sneak a look at an attractive member of the alien race [ read opposite sex]. How do they do that? Be honest, is there anyone out there that really believes that they should spend their whole lives with the same partner? Its not natural. Marriage should be a renewable contract, say every 7 years or so, with the option of skipping a year here and there for good behaviour. I could then concentrate on something that doesn't complain or nag, like playing with cars, riding bikes, looking at attractive women……………

Don't get me wrong, my wife is a gem, and gems are valuable, so they should be locked up somewhere safe! Also, what is this story that they try to change you? We seemed perfectly agreeable before walking down the aisle, what changed ? I imagine that they think that it is preferable to mould what they have, rather than capturing new prey and starting over.

Lets face it, they seem to be evolving at a faster rate than we are. It's the 21 st century, they are now fully empowered, truly our equals, which is probably the right time to let them know that, in truth, we have only endured them this long because of their ability to conceive children that, hopefully, will only have half the genes they possess, thereby prolonging the extinction of the male species a little longer !!!
